Cancellation Policy

Right to cancel

 You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied, the following items cannot be returned: products that have been in your possession for over 14 days, any personalised items or items tailored to your specification, CDs, DVDs or software if you have broken the seal on the wrapping, close-fitting underpants, knickers or swimwear.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by your acquirees, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us: FITFAM Ltd, < ASK Building 665a Bloxwich Road, Walsall, West Midlands, WS3 2BD, United Kingdom >, < >, of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit the model cancellation form. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation via e-mail without any delay.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. 

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The items you return must be unworn and in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them. We try hard to accept all returns. Returns to us need to have the original tags still on them but need not be returned to us in the same packaging in which they were delivered to you. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that the returned items are packaged well enough that they won't be damaged on the way back to us. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. In this case we will not refund you.
